Do you want better
relationships?
Would you like to move beyond the
losses you've suffered to find peace and contentment?
Do you want more meaning in your
life?
"What you are looking for is who
is looking."

I can help you accomplish all of this
and more. Chances are you need to understand yourself better, to listen
to your own inner wisdom, to take more responsibility for your life by
facing reality. To learn to care for yourself, accept every part of
yourself, and think more clearly, without distortions.
I can help you develop courage,
integrity, and a stronger sense of self. Call me, and let's talk
about your life.
"Freedom is
what you do with what's been done to you."

My specialty is relationship
counseling with couples, individuals, families. I will
help you get past the ways you get stuck in your relationships,
especially your relationship with a significant other. I work with
people struggling with problems that include anxiety, depression,
career difficulties, eating disorders, addictions, and childhood abuse.
Some tools I offer to help with this
process are: wonderful books to teach and inspire you
(Passionate Marriage by Dr. David Schnarch, Love and Logic
by Charles Fay);
exercises to develop skills like self soothing, listening, and
parenting; extended sessions for couples;
Focusing
sessions (www.focusing.org),
and
EMDR (www.emdr.org).
